Caleb Okoli linked with Milan

A number of Serie A teams are following Atalanta youngster Caleb Okoli who only made his senior debut earlier this season. The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Cremonese and helped the side on their way to securing promotion to Serie A in May.

La Repubblica report that La Dea coach Gianpiero Gasperini specifically asked for the youngster to be bought back to Atalanta after his impressive loan spells as he wanted him in the team.

Another admirer is Milan director and club legend Paolo Maldini who has personally watched the performances of Okoli and has an eye on him for the Rossoneri.

Okoli has already made eight appearances for Atalanta this season, starting six matches and featuring from the bench in the other two.
