Juventus defender Federico Gatti was overjoyed with their 1-0 win over Inter: ‘Winning as a team is even more beautiful.’ The Bianconeri just edged a hard-fought content, the only goal coming from a Filip Kostic solo effort, despite both sides have chances to add to the scoreline. Speaking with JTV (as quoted by TuttoJuve) Gatti talked about the importance of winning at the San Siro and why a team effort was enough to get them over the line, despite the difficulties they faced:
“It is an indescribable emotion, it was a touch victory, made by the group. Winning like this is even more beautiful. Mine has been a path of growth, I’m working hard to make myself ready, if one has a strong mentaluty and will, then no obstacle is impossible.
We suffered for the victory, now we have to work hard to make ourselves ready for the final push. The break? On the one hand it’s a pity that it’s coming, we were working very well, but we won’t give up anything. A dedication? To my grandfather, who passed away in December. A very important person in my life, this victory I dedicate to him.”
