Juventus are the latest Italian side to show an interest in Barcelona midfielder Frank Kessie, but they are likely to face competition from Inter and Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur. The Ivorian International has failed to settle at the Camp Nou after making the move there last summer, featuring 22 times in La Liga this season, often from the bench.
Inter were closely linked with the former Rossoneri man with a reported Kessie-Brozovic player exchange on the cards for this summer. Despite the Nerazzurri’s plans, Spanish outlet Sport claim that the Bianconeri are now in the running to sign Kessie as they look to reinforce their midfield.
The report claims that the Blaugrana are looking to lower their annual wage bill before the beginning of the next campaign, and Kessie is expected to be among those son the market.
Juventus are also expected to offer an exchange deal that would involve a player plus cash, however there’s no suggestion yet of which player would head to Barcelona as part of the deal.
