Di Lorenzo began by describing the atmosphere at the training camp. “There is great enthusiasm, and I have been welcomed well even after everything that has happened. I wanted to put a full stop and start again in the best way possible. I know that some fans may hold grudges against me, and it will be up to me to regain their trust, especially with those who are still angry with me,” he said.
Commitment to Napoli
Addressing his future with Napoli, Di Lorenzo emphasized his dedication to the club. “I am more than serene. Somebody said I am sad and quiet, but these are bull****. These things are not true. I am calm and ready to play at the Euros with Italy. When the time to talk about Napoli comes, I’ll do so, but right now, the most important thing is the Euros,” he stated.
