Pogba and Chiesa aim for Benfica return

Juventus are hoping to having both Paul Pogba and Federico Chiesa back in the squad for their Champions League match against Benfica. The pair have endured long-term injuries with Chiesa having missed almost a year of action following his ACL injury, but the Bianconeri are counting on their return to action soon.

Turin based Tuttosport report that both Pogba and Chiesa are working hard to get back to match fitness with their focus being Juve’s match against Benfica in the Champions League on October 25.

The Bianconeri have seen a number of key players sit out the start of the season through injury with the JMedical facility having to deal with a string of muscle injuries in recent months.

The club are reportedly working on solutions for the ongoing injury crisis by implementing changes to their procedures and player evaluation techniques.
