Prisma Investigation moved to Rome

Start

The Prisma trial, relating to the investigation of Juventus by the Turin Public Prosecutor’s Office, has been moved to Rome from Turin. The Bianconeri’s lawyers had previously asked the Court of Cassation to move the trial to either Milan or Rome, and that has now been confirmed, with the court citing the Turin prosecutor’s incompetence in the matter as part of the reason for the move.

The Prisma investigation was initiated by the Turin Public Prosecutor’s Office to look at Juve’s alleged inflated transfer values and the concealment of ‘under the table’ payment of players salaries.

La Gazzetta dello Sport now confirm the change in venue, declaring it a minor victory for the Bianconeri.
