Serie A | Juventus v Milan: Probable starting lineups

Start

AC Milan are facing a challenging situation ahead of their upcoming match against Juventus, following injuries sustained by key players during their recent game against Como. Christian Pulisic, Alvaro Morata, and Malick Thiaw were all forced to leave the pitch due to injury concerns, raising questions about their availability for the crucial clash with one of their fiercest rivals.

Thiaw’s injury appears to be the most serious of the trio. Medical assessments have revealed that he has suffered a left hamstring injury, which will keep him sidelined for at least a week. This means he will miss the match against Juventus and potentially the following Champions League fixtures, including a significant derby against Inter Milan scheduled for early February.

In contrast, Juventus are seeing a gradual reduction in their injury list. Notably, Dusan Vlahovic is likely to return from his absence and could feature in the squad against Milan.
