Juventus earmark Lyon play-maker Aouar

With the Bianconeri currently suffering from a lack of creativity within the offensive phase, Juventus have earmarked the Olympique Lyon play-maker Houssem Aouar. Since last summer, the Old Lady have desperately chased the French international in order to lure him to the Allianz season.

According to Calciomercato, Juventus have kept their tabs open and are looking into entering a pursuit within the winter transfer window for the box-to-box midfielder as his contract with the Ligue 1 giants is set to expire in the summer of 2023.

Since signing his first professional contract with Lyon in 2016 , the academy graduate flourished as he scored 29 goals made 164 appearances for the Ligue 1 outfits across all competitions throughout his six-year stay.

With Juventus looking to potentially offload central midfielders  pair Weston Mckennie and Adrien Rabiot, Juventus are eager to acquire the French international as they view him as a long-term asset that can play a vital role within the club.
