Milan make new Romagnoli offer

Milan have presented a contract renewal to Alessio Romagnoli but it remains to be seen if he’ll accept the terms. Romagnoli is out of contract with the Rossoneri in June and looks set to leave on a free transfer.

Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Milan are gearing up to sign Sven Botman, a move that has become all the more pressing with Romagnoli’s impending departure.

Di Marzio reveals that Milan  have made a new contract offer to their club captain of €2.5 million net, plus bonuses to reach a maximum of €3 million.

The 27-year-old currently earns close to €5.5 million a season so his decision on a renewal remains to be seen. For now, the situation is on standby reports Di Marzio.
