Jack Grealish Transfer Odds – Napoli
//

Betting Odds Suggest Napoli Are Ready to Rival Premier League Clubs for Former £100m Man

Start

Napoli has emerged as a serious contender in the race to sign Jack Grealish, with updated transfer betting odds now placing the Serie A giants firmly in the mix alongside several Premier League clubs.

According to the best offshore sportsbooks, Everton remains the favorite to land the Manchester City outcast at 11/8.

However, Napoli are now second favorites at 5/2, ahead of Aston Villa (9/2), Newcastle (14/1), and West Ham (16/1). Fenerbahce, Nottingham Forest, and Tottenham are each priced at 20/1.

Antonio Conte Makes Jack Grealish a Priority Target for Napoli

Grealish’s future has become a key focus for Napoli manager Antonio Conte, who has already signed former Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne this summer.

After missing out on Dan Ndoye to Nottingham Forest, Napoli have turned their full attention to Grealish, who is expected to leave Man City before the start of the season.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Grealish has climbed to the top of Conte’s attacking shortlist. With City open to a loan or permanent transfer, Napoli are exploring both options.

The player is reportedly willing to take a pay cut from his current €10m salary to make the move happen.

Does Grealish Want to Leave?

The 29-year-old winger was left out of Manchester City’s Club World Cup squad in the summer and struggled to guarantee regular minutes last season under Pep Guardiola.

His omission points to a steep decline in status since his £100m move from Aston Villa in 2021 – a record fee for a British player at the time.

This summer, Grealish was spotted training in Italy, not far from Naples, which has reportedly increased optimism at the club that he might welcome a new challenge in Serie A.

He is said to be motivated by a desire to reignite his career ahead of the 2026 World Cup, with England still very much part of his long-term ambitions.

Why Napoli Could Be the Perfect Next Step for Grealish

Former Villa teammate Gabby Agbonlahor has voiced his support for a move abroad, naming Napoli as the ideal destination.

“I’d love him to go to a team like Napoli,” Agbonlahor told talkSPORT. “Look what players like [Jadon] Sancho and [Jude] Bellingham did by moving abroad. It could be the right move for Jack too.”

With De Bruyne already on board, Conte is building a team capable of challenging domestically and in Europe.

Napoli are still looking to reinforce their wide options after failing to land Bologna’s Ndoye, and Grealish’s creativity and experience would add another dimension to their attack.

Grealish to Everton Transfer Update

Despite Everton being favorites, there are doubts over whether they can get a deal done. The club is working under tight financial restrictions, and while Grealish is open to a pay cut, the Toffees would still need City to subsidize his wages significantly.

There’s also concern about whether Everton’s current project is attractive enough for a player who has won multiple Premier League titles and a Champions League at City.

Grealish may also be wary of joining a side that spent much of recent seasons fighting relegation, even with the appeal of their new Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Jack Grealish Transfer Odds

Club Odds
Everton 11/8

Aston Villa 9/2
Newcastle 14/1
West Ham 16/1
Fenerbahce 20/1
Nottingham Forest 20/1
Tottenham 20/1

How Much Does Man City Want for Grealish?

City are reportedly asking for around €45 million (£39m) to sell Grealish outright, but a loan-to-buy deal may be more realistic for Napoli given his high wages and the club’s wider summer strategy.

The Manchester club is not expected to stand in his way, and with only two years left on his contract, the timing is right for both parties to part ways.

As the transfer window heats up, Napoli appear to be serious contenders for the England international – and as the latest odds suggest, a move to Serie A is no longer a long shot.
