USMNT’s Weston McKennie Agrees To Juventus Contract Extension

Start

The latest Weston McKennie contract update has revealed the USMNT and Juventus star has agreed a new deal at the Allianz Stadium.

McKennie joined the Old Lady on a permanent deal from Schalke in 2021. The season previous, the American midfielder spent the year on loan with the Bianconeri where he made 33 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A giants.

In 2024-25, McKennie found game time hard to come by under former head coach Thaigo Motta. However, during the second half of the campaign, McKennie flourished under Igor Tudor and finished off with five goals and four assists across 44 appearances.

Weston McKennie Contract Update

In May, CBS Sports‘ Roger Gonzalez confirmed that Weston McKennie had agreed to a new Juventus contract. The deal will run until the summer of 2028.

McKennie’s current contract was due to expire in 2026. However, any doubt that the USMNT star would leave Juve appear to have been put to bed.

The Texan is renowned for his versatility and ability to play in almost every position on the field. Something of which McKennie will continue to do under Igor Tudor in 2025-26.
