Adrien Rabiot has decided to remain with Juventus for one more season, despite interest from Manchester United. The Frenchman was approached by the Red Devils yesterday with a new offer, but reports from Italy claim that he has opted to sign a one-year contract extension with the Bianconeri instead.
Il Corriere dello Sport report that Rabiot has reached an agreement with Juve for another year, with the deal expected to earn him the same amount on his existing deal, a reported €7 million a season.
The newspaper claim that he will pen the agreement on Wednesday after Juve agreed terms with his mother/agent during a recent meeting. The suggestion is that coach Max Allegri strongly pushed for the club to retain Rabiot for one more season, following the excellent form he displayed in the 2022-23 campaign.
Rabiot enjoyed his best career season to date in Turin, scoring 11 goals in 48 appearances for the Old Lady.
