The Frenchman has stated that his preference is to return to the Premier League when his loan ends, while Demme could be sold in the weeks ahead.
Il Mattino report that Napoli are at work to bring in new midfielders, with Tousart’s name on the list, given that he worked with new coach Rudi Garcia at Lyon in the past. The 26-year-old has a contract with the Bundesliga 2 side until 2025, but their recent relegation may prompt a sale of key players in order to generate funds.
