Fiorentina have rejected Manchester United’s €2 million loan bid for Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat. The 27-year-old has yet to feature for La Viola this season and has trained alone, following reports that he is pushing to join United before the transfer window closes.
The Athletic now report that United’s €2 million loan bid has been rejected by Fiorentina, but the two clubs are still in talks to try and agree a move.
La Viola are still hopeful of a permanent transfer ahead of Friday’s deadline and value the player at €35m, but the Red Devils haven’t matched that valuation as yet.
Amrabat is also reportedly of interest to both Juventus and Napoli this summer, but it remains to be seen if Fiorentina would accept bids from another Italian side.
