Speaking with Prime Video after the match, Inzaghi reflected on the match and couldn’t hide his disappointment at the way the match ended:
“There is disappointment for the entire Inter family, for the club. The boys must be proud; we played eight games and never lost. Tonight, we should have done better at key moments. In extra time, we had control of the game.”
