The Bianconeri are proposing a loan deal with an obligation to buy for the 2002-born player. Conceição is coming off a positive European Championship campaign with Portugal, where he played alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Rafael Leão. Juventus’ sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is working on multiple fronts during the club’s pre-season in Germany, with outgoing transfers also a priority, as Matias Soulé nears a move to Roma.
Conceição’s career has been marked by high expectations since his youth. After six years with Sporting CP, he followed his father to Porto in 2017, where comparisons to Lionel Messi began to circulate. He made his first-team breakthrough in the 2020-21 season, featuring 17 times and making his Champions League debut against Juventus at just 18 years old. He also became the youngest scorer in the U21 European Championship.
