Pierre Kalulu a step away from Juventus move

The future of Pierre Kalulu is reaching a critical point as Juventus and AC Milan are close to finalizing a deal for the French defender. The transfer negotiations accelerated unexpectedly, and today is expected to be decisive for the move. The two clubs have tentatively agreed on a loan deal worth €3.5 million, with an option to buy set at 14 million euros, plus an additional 3 million in bonuses and 10% of any future resale.

Calciomercato report that Juventus are currently finalizing the contract details, with Kalulu expected to sign for the upcoming season and potentially extend his stay if certain performance criteria are met. The report suggests that Juventus will confirm the transfer only if Kalulu plays in at least 60% of the official matches. The club’s coach, Thiago Motta, has approved Kalulu’s arrival, valuing his tactical versatility as both a central defender and a right-back.

Kalulu did not participate in the Trofeo Silvio Berlusconi match against Monza, indicating his imminent departure. Despite traveling with the team to San Siro, he was not listed among the available players.
