Dragusin’s agent discusses Interest from Juventus and Napoli

Radu Dragusin, the Romanian defender currently with Tottenham, has garnered attention from top Italian clubs Juventus and Napoli. His agent, Florin Manea, spoke to TeleCapri about the interest, stating, “For him, it is an honor to be desired by teams like Juventus and Napoli, but at this moment, these are just market rumors. We are focused on Tottenham; he still has five years left on his contract.”

The 22-year-old center-back has had limited playing time this season, starting only three out of eleven Premier League matches. Manea emphasized that while Dragusin is flattered by the interest, he is committed to his current club. “It’s not easy to go to a top club and impose yourself right away,” he added. “If he doesn’t play for the rest of the season, it’s normal that other evaluations will be made. He won’t be moving in January; we will reassess in June.”

Dragusin began his career in Italy with Juventus, who signed him in 2018 for €2.1 million from Metropolitan. After loan spells with Sampdoria, Salernitana, and Genoa, he was purchased by Genoa for €9-7 million before moving to Tottenham for €25 million last winter. His contract with Spurs runs until June 2030.
