Juventus are closing in on a deal for PSG midfielder Leandro Paredes with only final details to be resolved between the two clubs. Juve are looking to reinforce in the centre of the pitch, given the injury to Paul Pogba and the expected departure of Adrien Rabiot and Nicola Rovella.
Sky Sports journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the two clubs are now down to the final details for Paredes after the Bianconeri agreed personal terms with the Argentine midfielder.
It had been initially reported that Juve would make a bid to sign Paredes outright, but PSG are now open to the Old Lady taking him on an expensive loan for the season, with some kind of option included to sign him next summer.
Paredes has struggled for appearances over the last season, spending much of the season on the bench, and is no longer a part of PSG’s plans for the new season.
