Torino’s squad is missing two key players due to long-term injuries. The absence of Perr Schuurs in defense and Duvan Zapata in attack has left a noticeable void in the team’s lineup. Che Adams, currently the team’s top scorer with five goals, has been tasked with filling Zapata’s shoes but has found it challenging to replicate the Colombian’s impact.
In the striking department, Antonio Sanabria’s goal drought, which extends back to October, may open the door for former Parma player Yann Karamoh to partner with Adams up front. Meanwhile, the midfield will be anchored by Samuele Ricci, fresh off signing a contract extension until 2028, following his crucial equalizer in last week’s match.
