Salah-Eddine developed his football skills through some of the most prestigious youth systems in the Netherlands. His early career saw him progress through the academies of AZ Alkmaar and Ajax, where he honed his technical skills and tactical understanding of the game.
After making his senior debut for Ajax in 2022, Salah-Eddine quickly established himself at FC Twente. His initial loan spell in the 2022-23 season proved successful, leading to a permanent move to the club in 2024. Known for his versatility and dynamic playing style, he has become a key player in the Eredivisie.
Salah-Eddine becomes the ninth Dutch footballer to represent Roma, continuing a proud tradition of Dutch players in the Italian capital. He will wear the No. 34 shirt and is expected to provide depth and competition in the left-back position.
