As Lecce prepares to host Bologna in their upcoming Serie A fixture, both teams are dealing with significant player absences.

The home side Lecce will be without several key players. Following Patrick Dorgu’s transfer to Manchester United, the team is also missing Filip Marchwinski, Hamza Rafia, Kialonda Gaspar, and Lameck Banda due to injuries. Despite these setbacks, Lecce will look to their star striker Nikola Krstovic, whose three game-winning goals this season have been crucial for the team.

Bologna, on the other hand, face potential absences in their attacking lineup. Manager Vincenzo Italiano may be without Jens Odgaard and Lewis Ferguson, while Riccardo Orsolini’s availability remains uncertain pending a late fitness assessment.

Should Orsolini and Odgaard be unavailable, Bologna will need to redistribute their offensive responsibilities. The team is likely to rely on Santiago Castro, who has netted six goals this season, supported by Benjamin Dominguez and Dan Ndoye, each with three goals to their name.

Lecce (4-3-3): Falcone; Guilbert, Baschirotto, Jean, Gallo; Helgason, Ramadani, Pierret; Pierotti, Krstovic, Karlsson

Bologna (4-2-3-1): Ravaglia; Calabria, Erlic, Lucumi, Miranda; Freuler, Moro; Ndoye, Fabbian, Dominguez; Castro
