How Much Does Juventus And USMNT Star Timothy Weah Earn Annually In Serie A?

Start

Here is everything you need to know about Juventus and USMNT star Timothy Weah’s salary playing in Serie A.

Weah is the son of soccer legend and former President of Liberia George Weah. During his playing days, Weah Sr won the 1995 Ballon d’Or.

Setting the bar high, Weah (Jnr) hasn’t quite reached the dizzy heights of his father. However, the 25-year-old has already won a plethora of trophies during his club and international career.

Born in Brooklyn, Weah has enjoyed success with the US side. He was part of the team that won the CONCACAF Nations League in 2020, 2023 and 2024.

To date, he has represented the US on 44 occasions and scored seven times. Weah netted in the 2022 FIFA World Cup against Wales in a 1-1 draw.

At club level, Weah has won league titles in France and Scotland. In fact, the right winger has lifted the Ligue 1 trophy on three occasions. Twice with PSG and once with Lille.

During a loan spell at Celtic, Weah won the Scottish Premiership in 2019 as well as the Scottish Cup in the same year. With current employees Juve, Weah was part of the team who won the 2023-24 Coppa Italia.

Interestingly, Weah is not the only American who currently plies their trade in Turin. USMNT team-mate Weston McKennie also represents the Old Lady.

However, the McKennie salary is significantly higher than Weah’s. The former does have slightly more experience than Weah but the difference in weekly wages is approximately $10,000 per week.

Since transferring to the Allianz Stadium in 2023, Weah has made 74 appearances in all competitions and scored seven goals. Six of which have come this season.
