PSG Confirm Full UCL Final Roster Ahead Of Inter Showdown In Munich

Start

The PSG UCL final roster has been announced ahead of Saturday’s extravaganza against Inter at the Allianz Arena.

Munich is the destination for the eagerly anticipated clash. Interestingly, the Parisians and the Nerazzurri have never played each other in a competitive soccer fixture.

Luis Enrique’s side are yet to win Europe’s elite club competition. The Ligue 1 champions did reach the finale in 2020 but were beaten 1-0 by Bayern Munich in Lisbon.

On the other hand, Simone Inzaghi’s side are looking for their fourth victory. Their most recent came in 2010 when Diego Milito scored both goals in a 2-0 win against Bayern.

The 2025 showdown will actually be Inzaghi’s second as Inter head coach. Two years ago, Rodri scored the only goal of the game as English Premier League side Man City won 1-0.

PSG UCL Final Roster

The PSG UCL final roster doesn’t include any major absences from the 22-man list. The only slight doubt was regarding the fitness of Georgian star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Despite the former Napoli winger missing the Coupe de France final against Reims, Kvaratskhelia has travelled with the rest of the team and is expected to start.

Ballon d’Or contender Ousmane Dembele is also primed to start. In the semi-final second leg against Arsenal, he came off the bench late on but will surely be given the nod from the off in Munich.

  • Goalkeepers – Donnarumma, Safonov, Arnau Tenas
  • Defenders – Hakimi, Kimpembe, Marquinhos, L. Hernandez, Nuno Mendes, Beraldo, Pacho
  • Midfielders – Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha, Mayulu, Zaire-Emery, Neves
  • Attackers – Kvaratskhelia, Ramos, Dembélé, Doue, Lee, Barcola, Mbaye

Inter Team News Vs PSG

The Inter team news vs PSG only has two slight injury doubts. Defender Benjamin Pavard and Piotr Zielinski have since returned to training and both players are set to feature.

2022 FIFA World Cup winner Lautaro Martinez has been absent since the epic semi-final second leg win against Barcelona. He is expected to lead the attack.

Elsewhere, head coach Simone Inzaghi heavily rotated his team for the last Serie A fixture of the season. Only goalkeeper Yann Sommer as well as Federico Dimarco and Hakan Calhanoglu are likely to remain in the XI.

Ahead of the game, the best offshore sportsbooks have all the latest Inter vs PSG markets and odds. At the time of writing, the Parisians are slight favorites to lift the trophy.

What Jersey Will Inter Wear In The UCL Final?

Owing to PSG technically being the ‘home’ team, Inter will don a third kit in the Champions League final. It’ll be the first time this has happened in 26 years.

Simone Inzaghi’s side’s standard away jersey is mainly white. Which wouldn’t have clashed with the Parisians home colors of dark blue/purple and elements of red and a dash of white.

However, the Nerazzurri will be showcasing a vibrant yellow and gold strip which has taken inspiration from a similar kit they wore in 1996.

The omen is certainly good as Inter have won both times they’ve played in the UCL this season whilst wearing the third kit (Sparta Prague and Feyenoord).

More interestingly, the Serie A giants wore a golden yellow kit when they won the 1998 UEFA Cup. The destination for that victory? Paris.
