Milan are already looking to renew the contract of young centre-back Pierre Kalulu following his performance against Napoli. The 21-year-old put in a heroic performance in the Rossoneri’s 1-0 victory at the weekend, forming a strong partnership with Fikayo Tomori.
Tuttosport praise Kalulu’s ‘professionalism’ and report that he has quickly adapted to coach Stefano Pioli’s tactics and decision’s by putting in a maximum effort each time he’s been called upon.
With that in mind, Tuttosport claim that Milan are ready to reward the young Frenchman with a new and improved contract. Club management are already in talks with the players agents to agree an extension until 2016 which double his current salary from €500,000 to €1 million plus bonuses.
Kalulu has made 44 appearances for Milan in all competitions, scoring one goal.
