The latest Juventus transfer news has revealed that Al-Ahli have increased their offer for Old Lady captain Manuel Locatelli.
Igor Tudor’s side turned down a bid in the region of €25million earlier this week. Now, the Saudi Pro League side has come back and upped the ante.
Juve have remained clear on their stance that Locatelli will not be sold this summer. The player himself even reinforced his loyalty by posting a three-word response on social media declaring his intentions to stay.

On August 20, Juventus were one of three Serie A sides offered Marseille midfielder Adrien Rabiot. The Bianconeri are unlikely to re-sign the France international who only left the Allianz Stadium in 2024.
Much of that reasoning is down to the fact that Manuel Locatelli appears to be staying in Turin. The Juve captain wants to continue his journey under Igor Tudor despite Al-Ahli coming back with a second bid.
The Saudi Pro League side has offered €35m in the hope that Italy’s most successful side reconsider. That is unlikely at this stage, especially as Locatelli has committed his future to the club by declaring “Fino alla Fine.”
Manuel Locatelli Juventus Stats And Honors
Juventus fans favorite Manuel Locatelli has been with the Old Lady since 2021. The 27-year-old midfielder quickly established himself as a regular starter.
He impressed under the stewardship of former bosses Max Allegri and Thiago Motta. The Azzurri international is expected to play a key role under Igor Tudor in his first full season in charge.
Throughout his career at the Old Lady, Locatelli has played 183 times in all competitions. He has scored six goals and provided 15 assists. His most notable strike came on the last day of the 2024-25 season which helped the Bianconeri to UCL soccer this year.
In terms of honors, Locatelli was part of the roster who won the 2023-24 Coppa Italia. Dusan Vlahovic netted the only goal of the game against Atalanta.
Are Juventus Interested In Matt O’Riley?
Juventus remains interested in Matt O’Riley but the Brighton player appears happy in England. After scoring the Seagulls opener on MD1 of the new Premier League season, the midfield ace declared his intentions to stay.
However, Juve will be actively pursuing a replacement for Douglas Luiz. The Brazilian is close to joining Nottingham Forest after enduring a torrid time in Turin.
The funds generated from Luiz’s sale will help pursue O’Riley. Despite it being a seemingly tricky obstacle to obtain the former Celtic star, the Old Lady is ready to re-test Brighton’s resolve.
If they were successful in obtaining O’Riley, he and Manuel Locatelli could strike up a stunning partnership in the middle of the park.
