Who Is In Juventus Hall Of Fame?
The Juventus museum has seen a brand-new addition in recent days, as some of the clubs’ most iconic players have been rewarded with a place in the Bianconeri’s Hall of Fame.
In order to receive an induction into the clubs’ HOF, a player must fulfill one of the following criteria: Been an historic captain (over 70 matches as captain), made at least 350 appearances, scored 100 goals or more, won the Ballon d’Or (as a Juve player), and won 15 or more trophies with the Bianconeri.
Overall, 50 players have been inducted into Juve’s HOF, including the likes of Roberto Baggio, Gianluigi Buffon, Zinedine Zidane, Michel Platini and David Trezeguet.
The latter has recently been involved in a slight dispute with Juventus supporters, as Trezguet gave his Serie A title prediction and did not select the Bianconeri.
Adding the Hall of Fame section to the club museum was a decision that intends to not only honor some of the best players in Juve history, but also attract tourists during their time in Turin.
David Elkan, Owner of Juventus, believes that the museum perfectly embodies the culture at the Bianconeri and hopes to unite all Juventus supporters.
Elkan said: “It is a tribute to the purest passion for football, because every child with a ball at their feet dreams of replicating the moves and achievements of their favourite player, and every fan has their own champion close to their heart. We cheer for a jersey and dream, thanks to those who wear and honor it.
“I would like to thank the players who are part of our Hall of Fame for the moments they have given us, which we now relive through this magnificent project that finds its natural home in the Juventus Museum, an iconic place embodying our identity and passion and uniting all the Juventus supporters.”

However, some supporters have questioned one major exclusion from the list, as Cristiano Ronaldo did not receive a place in the Hall of Fame list despite fulfilling one of the necessary categories.
Why Has Cristiano Ronaldo Been Left Out?
The Portuguese soccer icon is arguably the most famous player of all-time, being the most followed person on Instagram and garnering attention on an hourly basis.
Juventus’ got to see Ronaldo’s stardom first-hand, as the five-time Ballon d’Or winner joined the Bianconeri from Real Madrid in July 2018 for over $110 million.
During his time in Turin, Ronaldo made 134 appearances for Juventus and contributed to a staggering 129 goals (101G + 28) – providing more than goals than games.
Ronaldo won two Suppercoppa Italiana trophies, a Coppa Italia, the Serie A Golden Boot in 2019/20 and the league’s MVP award in each of his three seasons at the club.
However, the former Real Madrid star failed to win Serie A and despite contributing to 20 goals in 23 Champions League matches for Juventus, Ronaldo failed to bring Europe’s biggest prize to Turin.
Given his records you would expect the 40-year-old to feature in the clubs’ Hall of Fame, however, Ronaldo cannot hold a place at this current moment in time as it is only for players that are no longer active.
The Portuguese veteran is amazingly still competing at the highest level, playing for Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia and recently winning the UEFA Nations League with his country.
