Ahead of Saturday’s MD4 Serie A clash, FootItalia has the Udinese vs Milan preview, prediction, betting tips, odds and more.

Udinese Vs Milan Preview

Milan will be aiming to make it three wins on the bounce as they travel to the Bluenergy Stadium on September 20. Victories over Lecce and Bologna have certainly erased the memory of the shock MD1 defeat by Cremonese.

Luka Modric was the hero last time out against Vincenzo Italiano’s side. The midfield maestro scored the only goal of the game at the San Siro on MD3.

Max Allegri’s charges currently occupy fifth spot in Italy’s elite soccer division. Another three points on Saturday will put Diavolo into the UCL spots at the expense of their opponents.

As for Udinese, they have enjoyed an unbeaten start to the 2025-26 campaign. Kosta Runjaic’s side recorded a hugely impressive win at Inter on MD2.

Keinan Davis was the hero for the Bianconeri on that occasion and he looked sharp during the 1-0 victory over Pisa last weekend.

Davis and co. will be put to the test this weekend, though. Udinese haven’t won on home soil since March and they’ve lost the last two clashes at the Bluenergy Stadium against the Rossoneri.

Udinese Vs Milan Team News And Predicted Lineups

With Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan ruled out injured, Pietro Terracciano is set to replace the wantaway French shotstopper.

Max Allegri hasn’t confirmed a potential return date but it appears the calf strain isn’t as bad as first feared. Higher up the pitch, Rafael Leao is pushing to be included in the matchday squad.

The Portuguese forward injured his calf during the Coppa Italia victory over Bari in mid-August. Summer recruit Christopher Nkunku is set to start in attack with Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek in supporting roles.

Meanwhile, Udinese will have to make do without the suspended Maduka Okoye and crocked Sandi Lovric. Ivorian international Vakoun Bayo is also a doubt but may be named on the bench.

Up front, Nicolo Zaniolo or Iker Bravo will partner Keinan Davis. The latter scored and assisted against Inter on MD2 and will be hungry for more.

Udinese predicted lineup: Sava; Bertola, Kristensen, Solet; Ehizibue, Piotrowski, Karlstrom, Atta, Zemura; Bravo, Davis

Milan predicted lineup: Terracciano; Tomori, Gabbia, De Winter; Saelemaekers, Modric, Rabiot, Estupinan; Loftus-Cheek, Pulisic; Nkunku

Udinese Vs Milan Prediction

Without European soccer to consider, Milan will be well rested going into Saturday’s clash. Which is just as well with Udinese proving a tough nut to crack so far this season.

After beating Inter and Pisa, the Bianconeri will be quietly confident of causing another upset at the Bluenergy Stadium.

However, the Rossoneri have won on their last two visits to Udine and FootItalia is predicting a tight victory on MD4 for Max Allegri’s side.

Prediction: Udinese 1-2 Milan

Udinese Vs Milan Betting Tips

  • Udinese vs Milan betting tip 1: Christian Pulisic to score anytime at +225

The USMNT star has scored twice in four outings so far this season and there is plenty of value at +225 for the Milan forward to add to that tally on Saturday.

  • Udinese vs Milan betting tip 2: Milan to win and BBTS at +320

As per our score prediction, Milan should have enough about them to grind out a win against Udinese. Especially as the Bluenergy Stadium has been a happy hunting ground in the last two seasons.
