Max Allegri Really Wanted AC Milan To Sign Moise Kean, Not Niclas Fullkrug
The striker is impressing at Fiorentina but a January deal was not possible.

As reported by FootItalia, Fullkrug will join Milan on loan imminently until the end of the season. The club moved quickly to strengthen their frontline after Santiago Gimenez’s injury woes and Christopher Nkunku’s poor form.
Fullkrug was identified as a feasible target and talks quickly advanced, with West Ham open to letting him leave. An option to buy is also expected to be included in the deal.
But Allegri is not convinced about the switch, and now, it has been revealed that Kean was his priority target.
Fiorentina breathed new life into their Serie A relegation scrap after thrashing Udinese 5-1 at the weekend, and Kean scored a brace. However, his heroics will only increase speculation that he could soon move on.
Barcelona have been linked, and Allegri was also keen to bring him to Milan next month.

Moise Kean Deal ‘Not Feasible’ For Milan
Lifting the lid on the interest, journalist Matteo Moretto said on YouTube: “I want to tell you an interesting backstory.
“It is true that Fullkrug in terms of costs and speed of the operation, in terms of technical characteristics, is an attacker, a first striker from the penalty area.
“It was perhaps the easiest name to reach, but there is a name that Massimiliano Allegri would have really wanted.
“The name for which Allegri spent himself in person, the name that the Milan coach would have liked to add to his squad because he believed it could be a lethal weapon to be added later to those who are the Leao on duty.
“The name we will talk about is a great friend of Rafa Leao. We are talking about Moise Kean, Fiorentina striker, who will surely have an uncertain future in Florence, especially starting in June.
“It will be difficult for Fiorentina to deprive themselves of Kean in June, but I tell you that Allegri would have wanted him for this January market.
“But the conditions are not feasible, and Milan has now reached the definition for Fullkrug. Among other things, a real revolution is taking place for the whole of Fiorentina.”
For now, Kean looks set to stay in Florence until the end of the season. Milan could reignite their pursuit in the summer, but a host of other clubs will also be circling.
