Real Madrid Tell Trent Alexander-Arnold To Leave: Could Juventus Finally Make Their Move?
Juventus were linked with Trent Alexander-Arnold in 2018 - and they could do with a new right-back in 2026.

Juventus could rekindle their interest in Trent Alexander-Arnold after Real Madrid reportedly told him to find a new club.
The Bianconeri were linked with Alexander-Arnold back in 2018, when the then 19-year-old had just through at Liverpool.
A lot has happened since then, with Alexander-Arnold joining Real Madrid, only for Alvaro Arbeloa to reportedly write him off.
And with Juventus being on the lookout for reinforcements at right-back, a perfect storm could be brewing at the Allianz Stadium.
Juventus could take an interest as Trent Alexander-Arnold falls foul of new Real Madrid coach
Trent Alexander-Arnold incurred the wrath of many Liverpool fans when he left the Reds to join Real Madrid.
Real paid a small fee for Alexander-Arnold in order to bring him into their plans for the FIFA Club World Cup before his contract expired.
Alexander-Arnold made his bow in that competition, with big things being expected of him.
However, things have not gone to plan for the England international.
He has made just 11 appearances for Real this season, with the most recent of those coming on December 3.
Injuries have played their part, but other issues have also impacted on Alexander-Arnold’s status at the Bernabeu.
According to El Nacional, the situation in Madrid has “reached breaking point”.

Interim Blancos boss Alvaro Arbeloa is said to have informed Alexander-Arnold that “he is not part of the team’s plans”.
The Spanish outlet claims Alexander-Arnold’s “defensive fragility has been exposed”.
Offensively, he has “not provided the imbalance or precision that was expected”, added the report.
Bernabeu coaches believe “the Englishman has never fully adapted”, despite having compatriot and close friend Jude Bellingham alongside him.
As a result, Alexander-Arnold has reportedly been told to find a new club in the summer.
Juventus prior links with Alexander-Arnold and a pressing need for a new right-back
Back in 2018, Calciomercato.it claimed Juventus were looking at Trent Alexander-Arnold as a potential replacement for Stephan Lichtsteiner.
Obviously nothing came of it, and in the years that followed, Alexander-Arnold became an indispensable player for Liverpool.
Now, eight years on, and Alexander-Arnold has fallen out of favour at Real Madrid, while Juventus just so happen to need a new right-back.
Joao Mario is struggling to adapt to life at Juve, and Joao Cancelo is no longer a target after he joined Barcelona.
Juventus like Brooke Norton-Cuffy, who has been doing well at Genoa.
The full-back is an offensive-minded, athletic player who loves to support the attack – much like Alexander-Arnold.
Depending on Real Madrid’s conditions for a deal, Juve could well rekindle their interest in the lightning-fast Englishman.
Elsewhere in Bianconeri transfer news, Juve and Youssef En-Nesyri could soon be a reality.
