Inter is beefing up its women’s team’s offense with a young Argentine striker, Annika Paz, from River Plate.
She’s one of the most promising young talents in South American soccer.
She’s already made her debut and scored for the Albiceleste national team, becoming its youngest ever goalscorer.
The Argentine striker, born in 2008, has signed a contract with the club that’ll keep him around until June 30, 2027.
In 2025, she made her senior international debut in a match against Uruguay, scoring 13 minutes after coming on as a substitute.
She was only 16 when she scored her first goal, which made her the youngest goalscorer in the history of the South American women’s national team.

Could Another Paz Follow Her to Inter?
If one Paz has joined Inter, it’s not a given that another won’t follow. Nico Paz of Como is still the Nerazzurri’s dream signing.
Inter are ready to pay €60 million to get the talented Argentine, but it looks like he’s leaning more towards joining Real Madrid.
And if Como’s number 10 has any doubts, Di Maria’s got his back with the right advice.
The former Juventus player said he’s been keeping an eye on the young talent. He’s impressed with how he’s always getting better and making an impact on the field.
“Nico Paz has caught my attention. He’s got a ton of potential for growth. I’m a regular follower, and his level is really high. He’s killing it on the field and showing no signs of slowing down, which is making all of Argentina happy.”
The Argentine playmaker at Como is still killing it this season, even after last year’s performance.
But Real Madrid has the right to buy him back. It won’t be easy to negotiate with Florentino Perez’s club.
