The Federal Prosecutors office investigating the Juventus capital gains case has asked for a nine penalty points deduction for the Bianconeri. The club is being investigated for alleged inflated transfer fees involving the sale of various players and the prosecutor has reached an initial verdict today.

Prosecutor Chiné has asked for a 9 penalty points deduction for Juventus, as well as a 16 months ban for former club President Andrea Agnelli, 20 months and 10 days for former club director Fabio Paratici, 10 months for Federico Cherubini, and 12 months for all other directors.

However, the Court of Appeals has yet to decide whether to reopen the trial. If so, it will decide on the sanctions requested by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.
