TuttoSalernitana claim that the former Manchester United youth-team graduate has been proposed to Salernitana in the January transfer window, as he looks almost certain to leave Everton in the coming weeks.
Keane is reportedly open to the idea of a move to Serie A, but not necessarily convinced about Salernitana, who are still hovering over the relegation zone and on a losing run.
