Juventus to scout four Lecce players

Juventus will take the opportunity to scout four Lecce players during their match against I Salentini later today. The Bianconeri host I Giallorossi this afternoon knowing that a win is vital to their Champions League aspirations for next season, but will also use the match to observe a number of their young talents up close.

IlBianconero report that the Old Lady scouts will be paying particular attention to four players, firstly Lecce captain Morten Hjulmand, who they have already been following for most of the season. The 23-year-old Danish international has been one of the breakout stars of the season, and is attracting attention from Serie A and around Europe following impressive displays in the heart of the Lecce midfield.

Also on the list is young goalkeeper Wladimiro Falcone, on loan at I Salentini from Sampdoria, and another player that Juventus have kept a close eye on following multiple loan spells across Italy.

Barcelona youth product Joan Gonzàlez made the switch to Lecce last season and has finally made his breakthrough into the first team, making 31 appearances this season and attracting the attention of Juventus and Atletico Madrid.

Finally, Juve are keen on 19-year-old Daniel Samek, a midfielder who switched to Lecce last season after impressing at Slavia Prague. The Bianconeri view him as a prospect for the Next-Gen team with the idea of eventually progressing to the first team.
