Sassuolo sporting director Giovanni Carnevali says that both Juventus and Napoli want youngster Giacomo Raspadori this summer. The 22-year-old is one of a number of young stars to have had a breakout season with the Neroverdi and, along with Davide Frattesi is being linked with a move away.
With Gianluca Scamacca having completed his move to West Ham last week and both Raspadori and Frattesi’s future uncertain, Carnevali addressed the transfer links when speaking with Il Giornale:
You know, for Davide until a certain period. there was the interest of Roma; for Giacomo, both Napoli and Juventus have their eyes on him. It is clear that the market is still long and anything can still happen, but it is equally true that our idea is to end the negotiations within a few days to concentrate on the new season.”
