Juventus have reached an agreement for the contract renewal of veteran centre-back Daniele Rugani until 2026. The 29-year-old has been with the club 2013, but spent the early part of his career on loan, before making the move to the Bianconeri first team in 2015.
Since arriving, Rugani has featured largely from the bench or filling in for injured first-team players, proving himself a capable defensive deputy.

The official signing of the contracts is expected to take place in a few days, while the new deal will see the defender stay with Juventus until 2026, with an option for a further extension until 2027.
