Juventus’ appeal against their 15-point penalty will be presented to the CONI court of appeal on April 19. The Bianconeri were hit with the 15-point deduction earlier this year over alleged inflated player transfer fees, with bans handed out to several members of their former board of directors, including Fabio Paratici and Andrea Agnelli.
The Bianconeri have requested a series of documents from the FIGC prosecutor which they feel will boost their case in the hopes of having the penalty annulled.
Sportface report that the hearing is set at the Collegio di Garanzia for 14:30 on April 19. According to Coni,:
“The appeals presented respectively by Andrea Agnelli, Fabio Paratici, Federico Cherubini, Pavel Nedved, Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli – Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio, Enrico Vellano, Maurizio Arrivabene against the same sentence of the Federal Court of Appeal at the FIGC in relation to the penalties imposed on them, will also be discussed and examined.”
