Reports this morning confirmed that the Romanian international had chosen to join Tottenham Hotspur, and agent Florin Manea still can’t believe that he has rejected an offer from Bayern:
“I can’t believe that he said no to the Bavarians. We chose this morning, Bayern put more money on the plate. But he believes Tottenham is the right step at this time of his career.”
