Roma legend Francesco Totti says he will be in Albania along with the Roma team for the Europa League final. The 45-year-old has been regularly seen at the Stadio Olimpico this season, having fallen out with the clubs previous ownership over his role, post-retirement.
Speaking to Corriere dello Sport, Totti spoke of the importance of Roma beating Feyenoord in the final:
We haven’t played a final in a long time, it’s essential for us to lift a trophy and we’ll go there to Tirana eager and willing to fight until the end.”
“I’m going to Tirana,” he replied when asked whether he would attend the big match vs Feyenoord.
“Roma can improve with the right signings. We have one of the strongest coaches in the world who knows how to manage his players and knows who to sign. The Friedkins will do everything to satisfy him.”
