Juventus are advancing quickly in their bid to sign Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessié on loan this summer. The Bianconeri are reportedly looking to sign the former Atalanta and Milan man on a short-term basis, and talks are reportedly progressing quickly with the Blaugrana.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report that there’s optimism between the two sides over completing a move, with new Juve sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli focusing on signing the Ivorian.
Gazzetta claim that Juve have already reached an agreement in principle with Barcelona for a loan with the option to sign Kessie outright, but that would become an an obligation under certain conditions, namely Juve qualifying for next seasons Champions League.
Denis Zakaria (linked with West Ham) and Weston McKennie (linked with Borussia Dortmund and Galatasaray) are expected to be sold to make room for Kessie.
