Inter looking to Manuel Akanji

Inter are continuing to monitor the market after a week full of new arrivals, and have turned their attention to Borussia Dortmund defender Manuel Akanji. The Nerazzurri secured Andre Onana on a free transfer as well as completing a loan deal for Romelu Lukaku and are now looking to their back line.

With PSG continuing to press for Milan Skriniar, Sky Sports Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Inter are looking for new centre-backs.

There are several names in contention: in addition to Bremer, Inter are keeping an eye on Nikola Milenkovic of Fiorentina.

Furthermore, the Nerazzurri are also observing Manuel Akanji, Dortmunds Swiss international. For now, the 26-year-old is behind Bremer and Milenkovic in terms of Inter’s preference, but they remain interested in the player.
