Sky Sport Italia and Fabrizio Romano report that Inter are interested in Monza left-back Carlos Augusto. The 4-year-old enjoyed a standout season with the Biancorossi, scoring 6 goals and providing 5 assists in 35 appearances across all competitions in the 2022-23 campaign.
Transfer journalist Romano reports thats Augusto is a ‘concrete option’ for the Nerazzurri and is ‘on the clubs list’ for the summer, claiming Premier League side Nottingham Forest are also considering a move.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio also reports that Inter are seriously considering Augusto, despite having Robin Gosens playing on the left-wing. Di MArzio suggests the Nerazzurri want to be prepared in case a significant offer arrives for the German international.
