Lazio close to securing Noslin signing

Lazio’s squad under new head coach Marco Baroni is taking shape with the imminent arrival of Tijjani Noslin from Hellas Verona. The deal is expected to be finalized today, June 30, with the player’s signature and an official announcement soon after.

Sky Sport Italia report that the transfer fee for Noslin is reported to be €15 million, with the player set to sign a five-year contract worth €1.5 million per year. This move reunites Noslin with Baroni, who coached him at Hellas Verona during the latter half of the previous season.

Under Baroni’s management at Verona, Noslin impressed with 5 goals in 17 matches since January. The Dutch forward played a crucial role in Verona’s successful battle against relegation last season.

Noslin’s overall performance for the 2023-2024 season has been noteworthy:

– At Hellas Verona (January-June): 17 appearances, 5 goals, 4 assists
– At Fortuna Sittard (First half of the season): 13 appearances, 3 goals, 1 assist

It’s worth noting that this deal for Noslin is separate from Lazio’s interest in another Verona player, Cabal, who could potentially join the club in a future transfer.
