Italian clubs Lazio and Fiorentina are both showing interest in Andrea Colpani, the talented midfielder from Monza.

Sky Sport Italia report that Lazio, under the helm of Claudio Lotito, are keen on acquiring Colpani as a potential replacement for Felipe Anderson, who recently departed the Biancocelesti to return to Brazil.

The 22-year-old midfielder has caught the eye of Lazio’s scouting team, who see him as a fitting successor to Anderson’s role.

Meanwhile, Fiorentina, led by manager Raffaele Palladino, are also in the race for Colpani. Palladino, having previously coached Colpani during his time at Monza, is familiar with the player’s abilities and is eager to reunite with him at Fiorentina. This familiarity could give Fiorentina an edge in negotiations.

Colpani has enjoyed a successful season with Monza, featuring in 39 official matches across Serie A and the Coppa Italia. His contribution of 8 goals and 4 assists has made him one of Monza’s standout performers.
