Roma midfielder Jordan Veretout is wanted by Ligue 1 sides Olympique Lyonnais and Marseille but he may yet remain in the capital. The Frenchman’s future is uncertain for the moment with reports linking him with a return to the French top division.
Il Messaggero report that the midfielder has been up for sale after losing his place in the Giallorossi midfield at the end of last season.
Several clubs in Italy and France have expressed interest in signing him, however the report suggests that Roma may yet keep him, if they do not receive an adequate offer for him.
Both Marseille and Lyon are keen on 29-year-old, but Roma have not had any offers exceeding €8m as yet.
