Mason Greenwood has given priority to joining Juventus

Juventus are targeting Manchester United’s Mason Greenwood, who is valued at €50 million by the Red Devils. The Bianconeri are on the verge of completing a number of new signings, with reports suggesting the club is nearing an agreement for Douglas Luiz in a deal that will also involve Samuel Iling Junior and Weston McKennie.

Sky Sport Italia report that having returned to the Champions League after a year’s absence, Juventus are aiming to strengthen their squad, not just in midfield but also in attack. A prominent target is Mason Greenwood, the young winger from Manchester United. The 22-year-old spent the last few months on loan in Spain with Getafe, where he made 36 appearances, scored 10 goals, and provided 6 assists across La Liga and the Copa del Rey.

Despite the high asking price from United, starting at €50 million, recent discussions with Greenwood’s representatives have revealed that the player prioritizes a move to Juventus. The Bianconeri have secured Greenwood’s interest and are planning to negotiate a deal with a base fee of €30 million, supplemented by bonuses. However, completing the deal hinges on an outgoing transfer, likely involving Federico Chiesa or Matias Soulè, both of whom have attracted interest from Roma.
