Juventus are being linked with Dutch striker Memphis Depay as a backup to Dusan Vlahovic next season. The 28-year old is not thought to be in Barca coach Xavi’s plans for the new season and is expected to leave the club this summer with a number of Premier League clubs interested in him.
ESPN and a number of other sources report that the Bianconeri have been in preliminary talks with Depay, but they have a list of players they are looking at.
Juve are being linked with Chelsea’s Timo Werner and Manchester United’s Anthony Martial while Atalanta striker Luis Muriel is a distinct possibility as well.
tletico Madrid striker Alvaro Morata is still seen as the priority for The Old Lady as coach Max Allegri is keen to bring the striker back after his loan spell.
Sky Italia also report that Depay, who has one year left on his deal at Camp Nou, is an option, though the Juve would want to sign him on loan while Barca are hoping to move him on permanently.
