Milan linked with Tijjani Reijnders

Milan are being linked with a move for AZ Alkmaar Tijjani Reijnders, fresh from his first call-up to the national team. The Rossoneri are looking to beef up their midfield ahead of the new season and are being linked with a number of profiles.

Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that one of those names is Reijnders, who has previously featured for Zwolle and FC Twente.

The youngster was used throughout the season as a midfielder in Pascal Jansen’s 4-2-3-1 formation , but in the past he also played as an attacking midfielder and, if necessary, as a winger.

The 24-year-old featured in 54 games last season,  ended with 8 goals and 11 assists across all competitions.
