Milan meet with Daichi Kamada agent, medicals next week

Start

Milan are edging ever closer to the signing of Japanese midfielder Daichi Kamada, with his agent pictured in Milan today to meet with Rossoneri directors. The Japanese international is available as a free agent at the end of next month when his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt ends.

Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that despite being linked with the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund and Napoli, Kamada has chosen Milan.

Agent Beppe Bozzo met with Rossoneri management earlier today and has helped agree a four-year contract for Kamada, worth a reported €3m per season.

The 26-year-old is expected to arrive in Milan next week for a club medical and will become the clubs second summer signing, after they agreed terms for free agent Marco Sportiello earlier this year.
