Milan are reportedly pushing to sign Porto’s Mehdi Taremi and are set to make a second offer for the striker. The Rossoneri have already been linked with the Iranian international this summer as they look to bolster their strike-force following the departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato report that Milan have already made an offer of around €13m for Taremi, but this rejected by Porto, who want at least €20-25m for the striker.
The Rossoneri are now expected to propose a deal of around €20m including add-ons for the 31-year-old in an effort to overtake interest from city rivals Inter.
Taremi had an exceptional season in Portugal last season, scoring 31 goals and providing 14 assists in 51 appearances across all competitions in the 2022-23 campaign.
